We use this information to assess project fit, respond to your request, prepare follow-up communication, manage a potential or active business relationship, protect the form from abuse and maintain an auditable inquiry record. We do not sell inquiry data.
Access and service providers
Inquiry records are available only to authorized site administrators and business personnel who need them for follow-up. Hosting, security and email providers may process limited data on our behalf to operate the website and deliver messages.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 730 days unless a longer period is required for an active business relationship, dispute or legal obligation. Scheduled cleanup removes older inquiry records under the configured retention policy.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of inquiry information associated with your email address, subject to applicable legal exceptions. Use the Contact page and include “Privacy request” in the project details so the request can be verified and routed securely.
